Who is responsible

The formal legal entity behind the trade name is being added here and can be requested from us in the meantime.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we receive the name, phone number and — if you fill them in — the e-mail address, date, number of people, chosen trip and any note you add. The note is free text, so it may contain anything you choose to tell us, such as children's ages or dietary needs.

For spam protection the request also records the IP address it came from and your browser's user-agent string. We do not use advertising trackers and the site sets no analytics cookies. The anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads only when you start filling the form and may set its own technical cookie at that point.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the details only to answer your booking request and organise the trip. The basis is taking steps at your request before a booking, together with our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam.

Who receives it

The request is stored and the notification e-mail is sent through our hosting provider (GlobalHost, in Bosnia and Herzegovina). The spam check is performed by Cloudflare. If we have enabled instant alerts, a copy of the request is also sent to us through Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC), a service outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the EU. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep our records straight. Entries flagged as spam are removed within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on +387 62 997 574 or at info@newadventure.ba and we will handle it.
